Accounts Receivable Specialist
Charlene brings to the team years of experience in customer service and accounts payable/receivable and is a graduate of Loyalist College. In her role, Charlene will be responsible for all accounts receivable functions and revenue analysis. Charlene adds a new layer to our hockey fan base at the Balpex office; she is a proud Montreal Canadians fan.

Giselle has over 20 years of industry experience as a national distributor and a global manufacturer. She brings value to every stakeholder she works with, and believes that challenging the status quo is the best way to pursue excellence.
Christopher Deagazio
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Chris comes to Balpex with experience working in various roles within B2B. Prior to that, he spent 4 years at Adidas Golf in the customer service department. He is excited to join the Balpex team and is looking forward to the opportunity to get to know all our Member and Vendor partners. Christopher is fully bilingual, an avid golfer and a die-hard Calgary Flames fan.
Neville Gay
Director of Member Services
Neville brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for developing innovative sales approaches that improve profits and enhance the overall Member experience. Previously, Neville served as Senior Sales Executive at Emirates Airline, where he supported a large client base throughout Canada.
Lori Harder
Executive Assistant and Events Manager
Lori has 15+ years experience in Events & Conference Management as well as Executive Administration. Lori is a graduate from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and holds a BA from the University of Guelph. Lori is a HOCKEY Mom to 3 boys. And a huge supporter of minor league Lacrosse and Hockey!
Tannys McKee
Director of Category Management
Tannys leads all aspects of our food packaging channel. This includes the creation and management of programs, promotions and strategies for the direct and indirect Vendors in the Food Packaging channel. Tannys is a sports enthusiast, and considers herself a diehard Maple Leaf fan.

Marketing Coordinator
Sarah has 5+ years’ experience in brand, digital and traditional marketing and is a recent graduate from Centennial College with a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing.
